Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said for the first time, Padma Awards have been given to common achievers, rather than those making rounds in power corridors. <br/><br/>He was speaking at BJP Parliamentary Party executive meeting in New Delhi. As per sources, during the meeting, Mr. Modi said, opposition does not have any issue to criticize the government. The meeting was attended by BJP Chief Amit Shah and Union Ministers Rajnath Singh, Arun Jaitley and Venkaia Naidu.<br/><br/>Later, the NDA allies also met to discuss the floor strategy to counter the opposition during the ongoing Budget session of Parliament.
