The Public Accounts Comittee (PAC) will take a decision on Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh's offer to appear before it in 2G spectrum issue after consulting legal experts. This was disclosed by Committee Chairman Murli Manohar Joshi in New Delhi on Friday after meeting Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar on the issue. Joshi said the PAC could not call a minister. It can call officials, secretaries and individuals. But the Prime Minister's case is different as he himself has offered to appear.
