India's P V Sindhu created history today by becoming the first Indian to enter the final of the Women's Singles in an Olympics badminton tournament. In the semi-final of the ongoing Rio Games today, she defeated Japan's Nozomi Okuhara in straight games 21-19, 21-10.She is now assured of at least a Silver Medal.
