Mr. P. S. Sreedharan Pillai was today sworn-in as new Governor of Goa at Raj Bhavan in Dona Paula. Chief Justice of Bombay High Court Justice Dipankar Datta administered the oath of office to the new Governor.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Mr Pillai was serving as Governor of Mizoram before being transferred to Goa. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and his Cabinet colleagues were present on the occasion. Goa is getting a full-time Governor after the gap of 10 months. Former Goa Governor Satya Pal Malik was transferred in August 2020. Maharashtra Governor B. S. Koshyari held the additional charge of Goa Governor since then.</span><br />
