Commonwealth Games gold-medallist Parupalli Kashyap will take on his Indian compatriot HS Prannoy in the summit-clash of the US Open Grand Prix Gold badminton tournament later on Sunday night. In the semi-finals at Anaheim, California, last night, while Kashyap overcame Korean Kwang Hee Heo in three games,15-21 21-15 21-16, Prannoy defeated Vietnam's Tien Minh Nguyen in straight games 21-14 21-19. It will be the second time this season that two Indians will fight it out for the title at international badminton.In April, K Srikanth and B Sai Praneeth had played in the finals of Singapore Open with Sai Praneeth claiming his maiden Super Series title. Meanwhile, in Men's Doubles, the Indian duo of Manu Attri and B Sumeeth Reddy went down 12-21 21-12 20-22 to top seeds Lu Ching Yao and Yang Po Han.
