Indian badminton stars- P. Kashyap and P.V Sindhu, both second seeds, have stormed into the final of men's and women's single category of the ongoing Syed Modi International India Grand Prix Gold Badminton Championship in Lucknow. Both of them defeated their rivals in the straight sets in the semi-finals. AIR correspondent reports that lanky Sindhu dodged her Thai opponent Sapisree Taerattanachai with a beautiful mix of shots and placements and made it to the final. While second seed P Kashyap showed a very powerful game studded with smashing shots and superb net placements. However his opponent and 3rd seed Tommy Sugiarto made it tough for Kashyap, who just luckily avoided to play the third set. In the finals tomorrow P Kashyap will challenge Tanongsak Saensomboonsuk of Thailand and P.V Sindhu will take on Lindaweni Fanetri of Indonesia in the singles category.
