In Uganda, an overloaded boat capsized on the Ugandan side of Lake Albert last night, killing at least thirty three people. Police said the boat capsized on Lake Albert, Africa's seventh largest lake, which lies in northwestern Uganda and straddles the border with Congo. Severe weather is believed to have caused the accident.
