<span style="color: #222222;">Minister for Development of North Eastern Region G. Kishan Reddy has said that government of India has accorded top priority for the development of North Eastern Region. <br />''He said, in all, 55 non-exempted Central Ministries or Departments are mandated to spend at least 10 per cent of their Gross Budgetary Support for Central Sector and Centrally Sponsored Schemes in the North Eastern Region. In a written reply in the Lok Sabha on Monday, Mr Reddy said, Central Government Ministries and Departments have spent over three lakh 84 thousand 561 crore rupees under 10 percent Gross Budgetary Support since 2014-15 for the development of North Eastern Region.</span><br />
