Over 80.55% voters on Monday exercised their right to franchise during the 4th phase of Panchayat elections held in 12 blocks of Jammu and Kashmir. The polling was held to elect 345 Sarpanches and 2505 panches. AIR correspondent reports, voting was smooth and peaceful amid tight security arrangements, no untoward incident has been reported from anywhere.
