A total of 22,286 foreign tourists arrived on e-Tourist visa in August this year as compared to 2,705 during the same month last year registering a growth of 723.9 percent. At present e-Tourist Visa facility is available for citizens of 113 countries arriving at 16 Airports across the country. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent quoting tourism ministry data reports, a total of 1,69,976 tourists arrived on e-Tourist Visa during January-August period this year as compared to 17,120 during the corresponding period in 2014. Maximum tourists from USA availed the e-visa facility followed by Germany.
