Over 6,000 health workers administered with COVID-19 vaccine shots in Jharkhand

In Jharkhand, over 6,000 health workers have been administered with COVID-19 vaccine shots. The drive will continue today as well.<br />''<br />'' More AIR correspondent reports that around 2964 health workers at 49 different COVID vaccination centres including the Director of the largest hospital of the state Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) were vaccinated on the second day of the ongoing largest COVID Vaccination Drive in the state. The government has achieved 61.93 percent of the target of vaccinating Heath workers till yesterday. The drive will continue today also.<br />'' <br />''State Health Secretary Dr Nitin Madan Kulkarni has informed AIR that no such reports of any Health worker suffering from any problem post vaccination has been reported in the state. The Immunization drive is being conducted smoothly and people have joined their back to their normal duties after being vaccinated.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">On the other side, Chief Minister Hemant Soren also made a courtesy visit to Union Home Minister Amit Shah yesterday evening to apprise him about the ongoing COVID vaccination drive in the state.</span><br />
