In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, more than 550 media persons of 18 to 44 years age group got their first dose of vaccine during a two-day Special Vaccination Camp in Jammu.<br />'' <br />''AIR correspondent reports that over 200 media persons associated with various print and electronic media, including those doing back office work, were inoculated on the second day of special vaccination camp held in Directorate of Information and Public Relation Office, Jammu yesterday. Those vaccinated included journalists, photo journalists, staff of circulation and advertisement departments of various media houses, radio channels and others.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The UT Administration decided to vaccinate the media persons on priority because ever since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, journalist have been working tirelessly just like frontline workers to bring factual report to the people from the ground zero and also playing a vital role in spreading awareness among the people. The special drive for media persons was organised by District Administration, Jammu in collaboration with DIPR, Jammu.</span><br />
