More than 55 Saudi companies attended day one of the five day long Job Status Correction Fair from June 22-26 organized by the Indian Embassy in Riyadh in association with the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industries yesterday.The fair is aimed at providing yet another chance to those wish to rectify their legal status and get suitable employment. The companies interviewed the prospective employees on the spot and also issued job offers to many of them.It is expected that more Saudi companies and Indian expatriates wishing to avail this opportunity would visit the Exhibition Centre which runs this entire week. A lot of Indians have already been offered jobs directly by the Saudi companies after conducting interviews.The companies are looking for professional, skilled, semi-skilled employees like civil, electrical and mechanical engineers, technicians, skilled laborers including masons, carpenters, technicians, drivers, welders, secretaries, etc.
