<span style="color: #222222;">Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Anurag Thakur has said that more than 50 lakh Kilograms of waste have been collected across the country through Clean India Drives so far. The month-long nationwide Clean India Drive to clean waste was launched on 1st of this month.<br />''<br />''It is a youth-led programme being organised in six lakh villages of 744 Districts across the country through the networks of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan.<br />''<br />''Earlier, Mr Thakur had said that it will be the largest cleanliness drive of the world in which more than 75 lakh tonnes of waste will be collected from different parts of the country and further processed in a Waste to Wealth model. He had said, the drive aims to propagate the mantra of Clean India: Safe India.</span><br />
