<span style="color: #222222;">Over 49 lakh beneficiaries have enrolled themselves in the country under Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-dhan Yojana, PM-SYM till last month. In a written reply in the Lok Sabha, the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Rameswar Teli today said that the scheme provides a monthly pension of three thousand rupees after attaining the age of 60 years. He said this is a voluntary and co-contributory pension scheme.<br />''<br />''The workers in the age group of 18 to 40 years whose monthly income is 15000 rupees or less and not a member of EPFO, ESIC and NPS can join the scheme. The Minister said under the scheme, 50 per cent of monthly contribution is payable by the beneficiary and equal matching contribution is paid by the Central Government.</span><br />
