In Himachal Pradesh, more than 48 percent polling has been reported till 3 P M in the four Parliamentary Constituencies of the state where voting started at 7.00 in the morning amid tight security.

Kangra recorded 57 per cent, Hamirpur over 51 percent voting, Mandi nearly 49 percent voting , and Shimla around 46 percent polling.

About 48 lakh electorate are eligible to exercise their franchise to seal the electoral fate of 38 candidates.
