The World Health Organization (WHO) says more than 300 people were infected with the H7N9 strain of bird flu in China in less than a month. In its latest report on outbreaks of bird flu in China, WHO said, from January 19th to February 14th, 304 people were infected in more than 10 cities and regions. It said, 144 of them were known to have been exposed to poultry or live poultry markets, while 11 had no clear exposure.
