<span style="color: #000000;">In Bihar, over 30 lakh doses of COVID vaccines were administered during Mega COVID Vaccination Drive across the state on the ocassion of Prime Minister's birthday yesterday. This is the highest in a single day in the state so far. Health Minister Mangal Pandey said, the state ranked first in terms of vaccination in the country. Maximum two lakh twenty thousand beneficiaries were administered vaccine in district of East Champaran while about two lakh in Muzaffarpur and one lakh 25 thousand in Samastipur.<br />''<br />'' Over four crore 94 lakh people has so far been vaccinated in the state so far.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, over seven lakh 16 thousand people have so far recovered from the Corona virus infection. The state recovery rate has risen to over 98 per cent while the test positivity rate has declined below one per cent. Only seven positive cases were reported during the last 24 hours and active cases stands at 64. Thirty three out of 38 districts in the state including Darbhanga, Katihar and Supaul did not register any new case.</span><br />
