In Punjab, Government agencies and private millers procured more than 128 lakh tonnes of Paddy till last evening.A spokesman of Punjab Govt. said at Chandigarh on Monday that out of total procurement in all the 1700 procurement centers of state, Government agencies procured 126 lakh 26000 tonnes.Five state government agencies and FCI are procuring paddy. State government agency PUNGRAIN is leading in the procurement process.
