<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State for Jal Shakti&nbsp; Prahlad Singh Patel has said that over 11 crore Toilets and 2.23 lakh Community Sanitary Complexes have been built across All States and UTs Under Swachh Bharat Mission- Grameen. <br />''<br />''In a written reply in Lok Sabha today, Mr Patel said, the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation has repeatedly advised the States to ensure that no one is left behind in having access to toilets. He said, the provision for incentives for left out or newly emerging households has been continued under Swachh Bharat Mission – Grameen Phase-II. The Minister said, over 92 lakh toilets have been constructed since the launch of Swachh Bharat Mission – Grameen Phase-II in April 2020. He informed that Swachh Survekshan Grameen 2022 covered 17 thousand 559 villages in 709 districts in 33 States and UTs across India. Mr. Patel said, based on the survey, 95.4 per cent of surveyed households have access to a toilet and those having a toilet have been using it regularly. Mr. Patel said, on 2nd October 2019, all States and UTs self-reported themselves as Open Defecation Free (ODF). He said, all districts uploaded certificates signed by DC or Magistrate confirming ODF status.</span><br />
