Over 100 students killed in Peshawar school attack; India condemns the incident

Pakistan media quoting Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister has reported that over 100 students have been killed in the Taliban suicide attack on Peshawar school in Pakistan. Meanwhile, Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has left for Peshawar. At least six militants wearing security uniforms entered the school, local officials said. A Taliban spokesman said the assault was in response to army offensive against the militants in North Waziristan.

President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif have issued strong condemnation of the militant attack on the Army Public School in Peshawar. MQM chief Altaf Hussain has also condemned the terrorist attack.Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan says terrorist attack on innocent kid is worst ever form of barbarism.

India has condemned the terror attack in an army school in Pakistan. In a tweet, External Affairs Ministry spokesman Syed Akbaruddin termed the attack on innocent school children in Peshawar, as horrific. Home Minister Rajnath Singh has also condemned the terrorist attack. In a tweet, Mr Singh said, the dastardly and inhuman attack exposes the real face of terrorism. Mr Singh said, his sympathies are with the families of the children who got killed by the terrorists. Condemning the attack, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore tweeted that the attack is an act of terror against humanity.
