In China, extreme weather in the province has left 100 people dead or missing in the floods-hit northeastern Jilin Province.More downpours are forecast in the next three days. The provincial meteorological station said the new round of downpours would start tonight. According to the provincial flood-control and drought-relief headquarters, major reservoirs in Jilin were discharging water today in preparation for the new downpours.
