Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has said that over ten lakh 50 thousand beneficiaries have received precaution dose of Covid vaccine on the first day of roll-out. The administration of precaution dose began across the country yesterday for healthcare and frontline workers and those over 60 years of age with co-morbidities.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Prioritisation and sequencing of the precaution dose for the beneficiaries is based on the completion of nine months from the date of administration of the second dose, which is 39 weeks. All citizens irrespective of their income status are being given free COVID-19 vaccination at Government Vaccination Centers.</span><br />
