India lost the Oval Test to England by an innings and 244 runs. The hosts bundled out the visitors for a paltry 94 runs in their second innings on the third day of their fifth and final Test on Sunday. Earlier, England were all out for 486 in their first innings in reply to India's 148 taking a lead of 338 runs. J. Root remained not out at 149. India are trailing behind England 1-3 in the current series.
