India were 216 for three in their second innings on the final day of the fourth test match against England at the Oval when reports last came in. Sachin Tendulkar 72 and night watchman Amit Mishra 57 were at the crease. India are still trailing by 75 runs. Earlier, India resumed play at the overnight score of 129 for three after forced to follow on by the hosts on Sunday. Injured Virender Sehwag and Ishant Sharma have been ruled out of ODI cricket series against England. Ishant is suffering from a ligament injury in his left ankle while Sehwag needs two more weeks for full recovery. Ajinkya Rahane and Varun Aaron have been named to replace them.
