Teams of NDRF, SDRF, SSB, ITBP, and Defense personnel are actively participating in the&nbsp;rescue and relief&nbsp;operations.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The state government has issued helpline numbers for people stranded in affected areas.
