The ousted President of Honduras, Manuel Zelaya has addressed the United Nations General Assembly by mobile phone appealing for help to revert what he called the dictatorship in his country. Mr. Zelaya is in the Brazilian Embassy in Honduras taking refuge following his return to the country last week. The United States has said Mr. Zelaya's return to Honduras was irresponsible. Meanwhile, Mr. Micheletti has said he has been considering imposition of a state of emergency.<br/>Meanwhile, the Organisation of American States (OAS) has been invited to return to Honduras for talks. A group of four diplomats – including some OAS representatives – were turned away by the interim government on Monday.<br/>
