Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal were stopped on their way while they were proceeding to meet the family of ex-serviceman Ram Kishan Grewal. Subedar Grewal had allegedly committed suicide over the One Rank One Pension (OROP) scheme.<br/><br/>The two leaders were reportedly detained by the Delhi Police when they had gone to the hospital in the city to meet Grewal's family. Mr. Gandhi was detained twice along with his party leaders.<br/> <br/>Later, he criticized the government for mishandling the OROP issue. Senior party leader and former Defence Minister A K Antony asked the government to implement the OROP in toto at earliest and remove anomalies.Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and some AAP leaders were also detained. <br/><br/>Earlier, replying to a media query on the leaders' protest, Special Commissioner of Delhi Police Mukesh Meena said, the democracy does not mean creating obstruction and it should also be kept in view that hospital is not the place to hold any demonstration.
