Known for its Buddhist relic sites, Orissa has offered to organise the third international Buddhist Conclave in the state.<br/><br/>Orissa Tourism Minister Debi Prasad Mishra told newspersons in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday that he had urged at the recent Nalanda Conclave in Bihar to select Orissa as the venue of the next International Buddhist conclave.<br/><br/>Stating that as many as 128 Buddhist sites had been identified as potential tourist spots in the state, Mishra said tours to Buddhist places in India were incomplete without viewing Lalitgiri, Ratnagiri, Dhauli and other places.
