Orissa: 7 Swine flu deaths in 40 days

In Orissa, seven people have died due to swine-flu in last 40 days. According to official sources, swab test of forty suspected swine-flu patients has been done of which 16 are reported positive. While, seven patients have died, four are under medical supervision in different hospitals of the state. Five others have gone back home after getting cured. Though the state government is claiming to have taken all necessary steps to check spread of swine-flu and its treatment, there are large-scale complains of non-availability of preventive vaccines. In most cases, doctors are failing to save life of swine-flu affected patients.
