In Orissa, the newly appointed BJP state president Jual Oram today accused the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik of failing to tackle Maoist problem. He said, the Orissa police have lost its patience due to the killings by Maoists. He said the policemen are now ready for a do-or-die battle with the ultras.<br/>
