A massive combing operation is on under Inspector Genearl of police in Shohar district of Bihar after Naxal violence. Six policemen, including the SHO, were killed in a land mine explosion triggered by the Maoist on Friday. One police personnel has been seriously injured and is undergoing treatment in hospital. The State Government announced Rs 10 lakh ex-gratia, besides Rs 13,75000 as insurance cover to the family of the deceased.
