The BJP-led opposition stalled the proceedings of both the Houses of Parliament for the second day today on the issue of CAG report on coal blocks allocation.

The Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha witnessed uproarious scenes with the opposition pressing for the resignation of the Prime Minister.

Earlier, the Lok Sabha was adjourned twice with the opposition members surging into the well. The proceedings in the Rajya Sabha were disrupted thrice due to slogan shouting by the opposition members.
