<span style="color: #222222;">Parliamentary Affairs Minister Narendra Singh Tomar today said the opposition should cooperate to ensure smooth functioning of the winter session of Parliament. Talking to media outside Parliament, Mr Tomar said the government has already conveyed to the political parties its willingness to discuss every issue on the floor of both the houses. He said the positive approach is required to pass key bills in Parliament. </span><br />
