Seventeen Opposition parties have written to the Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu expressing concerns over alleged passage of bills in Parliament in haste and without any Parliamentary scrutiny. <br />'' <br />'' The letter has been signed by the members form parties including Congress, SP, TMC, BSP, RJD, TDP and Left. <br />'' <br />'' In the letter, they said that this was a departure from established practice and healthy traditions of enacting legislations. The parties also requested Mr Naidu to intervene into the matter.
