<span style="color: #222222;">Opposition parties today staged a walkout over the issue of returning a Bill by the Tamil Nadu Governor. The State Assembly had passed a Bill exempting Tamil Nadu's students from NEET exam which was returned by the Governor terming it as against the interest of students.<br />''<br />''When the Upper House met for the day, DMK members tried to raise the issue which was disallowed by Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu. Following this, members from Congress, DMK, Left, TMC, and others created noisy scenes. The Chairman said, the members can raise the issue during the discussion on the motion of thanks to the President's address. However, agitating members continued to press their demand and later the members from Congress, DMK, TMC, and Left staged a walkout.<br />''<br />''Talking to media outside the Parliament party MP Tiruchi Siva said that the governor kept this bill for five months without any response and yesterday returned it back to the Speaker himself. He said, this act of the Governor is an insult to the state assembly. He termed this unfair to the sentiments and needs of the students.</span><br />
