BJP today said the Opposition parties are trying to misuse their numbers in the Rajya Sabha by hindering important bills. Talking to media outside Parliament, senior party leader G V L Narasimha Rao said they are stalling the Reservation Bill by citing technical reasons despite its passing in the Lok Sabha with consensus.
