Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today said Congress and other opposition parties have come on backfoot on the JNU controversy. Talking to media after BJP's Parliamentary meeting in New Delhi, Mr Naqvi said Congress is now frustrated and keen that the party is not ready for debate on any matter concerning people of the country. He alleged that Congress misled the country over the JNU row.
