Opposition parties have decided to form a coordination committee to chalk out plans for joint strategy in the period before Winter session of Parliament. <br/><br/>The decision was taken at a meeting of opposition parties of 16 parties chaired by Congress President Sonia.The meeting was held to evolve a strategy to counter the government on different fronts.Briefing reporters in New Delhi after the meeting, senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said, the Committee will cordinate with various political parties on the issues related farmers and unemployment.<br/><br/>TMC President and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, National Conference leader Omar Abdullah, CPI leader D Raja, Jay Prakash Narayan Yadav of RJD were among others attending the meeting.Disgruntled JD(U) MP Ali Anwar also participated. <br/><br/>However, NCP boycotted the meeting reportedly over disinformation being spread by the Congress on recent Gujarat Rajya Sabha polls in spite of NCP MLA voting for Ahmed Patel.<br/>
