Opposition members are continuing their dharana inside Bihar assembly. AIR Patna Correspondent reports that over one dozen MLAs spent nights inside the Assembly. Three Legislators namely, Maheshwar Singh, W.Singh and Narayan Sah spent the whole night on the roads leading to assembly premises. They are demanding resignation of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi. Opposition parties alleged that members of ruling parties including two ministers Giriraj Singh and Gautam Singh assaulted their members. They also alleged that Chief Minister and Speaker were mute spectators when scuffle between opposition and ruling party was on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Speaker Udai Narayan Chaudhury had appealed to members who are squatting to give up dharana and to participate in the proceedings of the house. Condemning the behavior of the opposition parties Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said, opposition members should not indulge in such a unruly behavior but to participate in the discussion on prevailing issues in the house. Heavy security arrangements have been made inside and outside the assembly to avert untoward incidents.
