The government has said that opposition is scared of a debate in Parliament on CAG report on coal blocks allocation.

Talking to media in New Delhi today Union Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal said that opposition will stand nowhere if debate takes place in Parliament.

He said opposition parties have every right to protest but a balance should be there so that system of the country could also work smoothly.

Mr Jaiswal said that UPA government was the first to thought about bidding process of Coal blocks in 2004. He alleged that the opposition ruled states rejected the Centre's proposal for bidding.
