In Libya, the opposition groups have formed a national council to act as the face of the uprising. Hafiz Ghoga, Spokesperson for the National Libyan Council, which was launched in the eastern city of Benghazi, said that the council is not an interim government.UN Security Council has already imposed sanctions against the Libyan regime and deplored use of force against protestors. US President Barack Obama said that Col Gaddafi has lost legitimacy to rule and should leave now.
