Opposition disrupts Parliament proceedings over police action on its workers

The opposition BJP today disrupted proceedings in both the Houses of Parliament over the police action on its workers in New Delhi and alleged police firing on farmers in Pune.The Lok Sabha was first adjourned till 12 and later to 2 P.M. when agitated opposition members trooped into the well of the house, shouting slogans against the government.After the papers were laid on the table amidst din, the House was adjourned for the second time.Similar scenes were witnessed in the Rajya Sabha. When the house met at 12 noon after the first adjournment there was no change in the approach of the opposition leading to its adjournment for the day.
