The BJP on Saturday criticized the government for zero loss theory in the allocation of coal blocks. Briefing reporters in New Delhi,senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley said once the coal blocks are allotted, the right to mining rests with the private firms and not with the government. He said his party sticks to its demand for Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's resignation over the CAG findings on coal blocks allocations.
