Around half a dozen youths carried out this incident while the foreigner was on a motorbike trip with her husband across the country. They had halted in Dumka and were on their way to Bhagalpur. The Superintendent of Police Pitamber Singh Kherwar reached the incident site and investigated the entire matter after the matter was reported. He said that three accused have been detained in this case, while the police are raiding possible locations to search for other culprits.</span>
