An international operation is underway in Israel to fight a forest fire that is continuing to burn out of control in the north of the country. Thirteen thousand people have been evacuated from the region, including from parts of Haifa, Israel's third biggest city. Fortytwo people have been killed in the blaze, most of them trainee prison guards who were on their way to evacuate prisoners.
