In Kerala, senior Congress Leader Oommen Chandy will be sworn-in as Chief Minister tomorrow afternoon. Leaders of other parties of the Congress led U.D.F are also to take oath as ministers at Raj Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram. Expansion of the new government is likely within a week.
