In Meghalaya, with East Khasi Hills district has been declared as Orange Zone while the other ten districts have been declared Green Zones. There is just one positive case in the state now.<br />'' <br />'' Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong said that beside the already existing relaxations which include construction work, opening electrical shops, hardware shops; wine stores will also be allowed in the Shillong agglomeration. Talking about grade C and Grade D employees, he said that they will function with 33 percent attendance.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, on the first phase of bringing in students and workers from the North Eastern States, the Deputy Chief Minister said that strict protocols will be followed and Standard Operating Procedures have already been shared with all village Heads.<br />'' <br />'' He said that those coming in will be screened at the various entry points and if the need be like anybody shows symptoms will be tested with the Rapid Diagnostic Test Kits and thereon will be allowed to either go for institutional quarantine or home quarantine.<br />''  <br />'' He further added that if the person lives in a small house then the entire family will be put under quarantine and authorities will supply all the essential commodities.<br />''
