Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi has said that only four per cent of the total international fund given to the poor countries is spent on children's education by them. <br/><br/>Speaking at his book launch function in New Delhi, he said only half percent of India's Gross Domestic Product GDP is spent on children below 18 years. Mr. Satyarthi said few youth have changed India's image internationally, and if all the children of India get educated then the scenario will be different. Justice Dipak Misra released Mr. Satyarthi's book titled Azad Bachpan Ki Oar.
