Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi has said that demonetization was not a surgical strike, but it was a pre planned fire bombarding on 99 per cent of Indians. Speaking at a public rally in South Goa's Maargao city today, he said, 94 per cent of the cash is rolled in real estate business and only 4 per cent of black money can be curtailed by enforcing cashless economy.<br/><br/>BJP Government has served the interest of mining mafias in Goa and the Government has not done anything substantial for the poor, he added.
